Q. Do you install products that are not purchased from Get Digital?
A. Yes. We will install products that are not purchased from us, but we have a strict policy on wiring. We do not install any wiring or interconnect cables that are of poor quality, or if they are not in-wall rated. We do things only one way—the RIGHT way.
Q. What type of warranty do you offer?
A. Get Digital is an authorized dealer of all the brands we offer for sale. The products and wiring we sell come with at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, and we also offer extended warranties on certain products.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you sell your products online?
A. No. Most manufacturers with whom we are affiliated have strict policies against online sales. Please be extremely careful about purchasing products online. Many resellers claim to be authorized dealers. Most manufacturers will not warranty products if they are not purchased from an authorized dealer or online reseller.
Q. Do you fix TVs and electronics?
A. No. We only sell and install products. We will, however, troubleshoot systems that were not originally installed by Get Digital to determine if it’s equipment failure or wiring/installation failure.
